Developed and presented by renowned pregnancy yoga expert, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and features demonstrations by yoga mothers and yoga babies from Sitaram yoga classes with a focus on student experience and plenty of clear close ups to show you what to do and lots of helpful modifications to keep everything comfortable. A holistic approach to pregnancy yoga. With a focus on relaxation and breathing, the use of sound and gentle movement, this disk offers mothers-to-be the opportunity to partake in accessible pregnancy yoga in the comfort of their own homes. Each DVD provides clear instruction for you to follow at home. The DVD is structured so that if you view it straight through you will get a full “class” experience. If you want a shorter practice, you can simply go straight to the most appropriate section. For instance, use calming and centering if you want a short, quiet practice.
