If you purchase online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase and your receipt number.

Refunds, credits and cancellations
We understand that in some circumstances goods need to be returned. Should you change your mind and wish to return a product, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and returned to Mum and Me within 14 days for a credit, exchange or refund. Due to copyright laws, we cannot exchange or refund any DVD or CD purchases which are not in the original sealed packaging. Postage is non refundable.

In the event that the goods are faulty, please contact us by email sales@mumandme.com.au within 7 days of receipt to determine your eligibility for replacement or refund.

Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, your products will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow 2 – 10 days for delivery, depending on your location.

From time to time goods may become unavailable at the time of purchase. Your order will be placed on backorder for shipped as soon as the goods become available.

Your credit card will be charged on the day of dispatch. All shipping costs will be outlined on your invoice prior to the completion of your order.

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you prior to dispatching your order.

Please note that delivery charges apply to each shipment rather than the order as a whole. In the event that multiple parcels are being dispatched, the delivery charges will apply to each shipment rather than the order as a whole. (This would only occur when the order includes pre-orders or out-of-stocks where items are shipped as they become available)

Please ensure that the delivery address for your order is correct.  In the event that your order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or old address listed in Paypal, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee of $4.50 and an additional charge of 10% of the cost of your order as we are rarely able to retrieve the original items sent.

Currency and Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is not charged to your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched. All payments are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice
